Cheers for everyone who came down to the gig on Friday. We really enjoyed it and there was a great energy at the place. Felt good fun.

We are back to working on new songs. We have a couple we are getting ready for the new year. Feeling good about bringing a new set of songs out. Our EP is currently being mixed and then mastered so we are waiting to see how it turns.

We are doing pretty well all of us are trying to recover from the various Christmas illnesses that are going around. Conk is shaping his beard; TSL is starting to eat again; Ben has enjoyed staying longer in bed and Steve is thinking what next.

You need to balance both your potential and your disappointment and understand that both of these are your reality.
